Boundaries, this word brings out pictures of border walls, barbed wires, countries on a map and the oppression faced by many because of social stigma about the things they can or cannot do. Personal boundaries that are set by you an individual help to define you by outlining likes and dislikes. They include physical, mental, psychological and spiritual boundaries, involving beliefs, emotions, intuitions, and self-esteem. These boundaries set by us limit us from reaching a higher goal. Our brain is capable of much more than we use it for. A typical individual uses as little as 10 percent of their mental capabilities. Now what about the boundaries that are set by others for us, should we be abiding by it? Look at what happened in Iran.
